These McIntosh cabinets are the finest you will ever fine and are avaiable for all past to present models. The construction is better and stronger than the originals, with Finnish 3/4 inch 13 ply birch, all cabinets are doweled for superior strenght, and all corners are sanded razor sharp and all finishes are hand appled and oil based. These cabinets will outlast your lifetime and are furniture quality all the way.

Cabinets are made to order, you chose what veneer you want and leg style, any veneers not shown in list are quickly avaialble. If you need several cabinets, they will all come from same veneer sheet, so all of your cabinets will be uniform in grain and color and veneer can be held if needed for other cabinets later - per request. They are made with the tradional large bottom opening with a full open back, The top is also designed to have an additional airflow by having a 1/4 inch extra space compared with original McIntosh cabinets, so no screen is necessary for most applications, unless you run your amplifier near full power for extended periods, you will have a much nicer looking cabinet with a full veneer top.

This is the most popular cabinet of all time and now it is available with your choice of veneers, finishes and leg styles. This cabinet has the greatly improved slant leg style, very sharp and it will never come loose. A grill option is available, for those that desire one, but they really are not needed on preamp and tuners with this design. The slant leg is 3/4 inch Finnish birch and is also veneered from the same sheet section - it all matches. If you have more than one piece of McIntosh equipment, it is best to reserve matching veneer, that you want the surrounding section of veneer sheet held for you, so all cabinets can match, as each sheet of veneer is slightly different.

These are built identical to the other series, while most people do not run the amps at high power, a screen is not needed as it has an additional 1/4 inch airspace on top inside cabinet. McIntosh Large Amps and Integrated Amps
Amplifiers: MC252, MC352, MC402, MC501, MC1201, MC2102
Integrated Amps:

For your larger amps of current production, cabinets are available for your favorite amp. Thes are constructed with 1 inch faceplates (15/16 inch), the cabinet is 3/4 Finnish birch and is cut 1/4 for each side and top & bottom larger, with the faceplate aea receiving a 1/4 by 3/4 wide birch the lenght of front top, sides and bottom. This gives an additional 1/4 airspace all around the amplifier, and along with the very large bottom cutout and full open back, heat is not a problem, as these run cool, if decided a large screen is avaialble. These have been produced for many MC352,s MC501 and MC1201 monoblocks. With the new style of construction they are extremely strong for your 100 to 150 pound amps, all cabinets have 20 dowels. Now you can protect your large amp from accidents and dust and liquid spills. These are impressive looking cabinets, and gives a finished look to your investment. This is a furniture quality cabinet that will last a lifetime, and will protect your McIntosh perfectly. These are custom made for you, special orders can be of any veneer and finish to match your decor - walnut, maple, mahogany, cherry, etc.

McIntosh MC2120, MC2150, MC2200, MC2250, MC2300 Series

This series of McIntosh amplifiers lend themselves very well to an inset style of cabinet, here is a great way to greatly improve the looks of your favorite amp and increase its value. The design is same as others except the amps faceplate is inset into the case. normally it is inset just enought so that the knobs are flush with cabinet edge. Shown in photos is the MC2300 done in red oak. This is a 128lb amp and the cabinet holds it with ease. The slanted leg style also has center slanted legs for additional support.

My Specialty is Large Amplifier Cabinets
I enjoy building large cabinets, and McIntosh certainly has many large amplifiers out there, here is a group built for a customer with a set of two MC352's and a MC501 for the subwoofer, on top of rack is a matching case to hold a variety of 19" rack mount equipment, bypasses, controllers, and what he may need in the future. Photo's show euipment just finished testing at his personal lab. My design and construction techniques will easily hold the 100 to 150 pound amplifier brutes for a lifetime.
